I decided to have a go of our oral spray 
As i suffer from pmdd (really really bad pms) so bad moods, anxiety, sadness to name a few. So 1st time and I was feeling very low and everything was just making me angry. I used it under my tongue and held it there ..... 
It must have been 5 mins afterwards and I felt like just something lifted I was laughing and felt happy it had actually lifted me out of the black hole I was sinking into.
I guess my new go to spray now.
