There is much debate on the subject of Full Spectrum CBD vs Isolate so this page is made to show our reasons for choosing Full Spectrum CBD.
Isolate CBD has had all of the other compounds removed and as a result it is less effective than Full Spectrum CBD.
Our Full Spectrum CDB products contain a very small amount of THC, not enough to cause any psychoactive reactions but this tiny amount of THC triggers the body's CB1 receptors in the endocannabinoid system allowing the CBD compounds to be absorbed and used more freely than CBD without the THC present. The quantity of THC in our products is very low, it is within the legally allowable limits in the UK, EU and the USA. It is also below limits for drug testing.
As well as THC our full spectrum CBD products contain Terpenes and Cannabinol (CBN). CBN is associated with CB2 receptors which in turn are associated with the body's immune system.
Terpenes aid absorption by dissolving in lipids and easily crossing cell membranes like the blood-brain barrier further improving the effectiveness of our products.
